THOMASVILLE — The Georgia Department of Public Health reports there are 92 COVID-19 cases in Thomas County, with nine deaths.
The most recent deaths are that of an 82-year-old male, a 77-year-old female, a 73-year-old male, an 84-year-old female, an 89-year-old female and a 75-year-old male, according to the DPH.
Archbold officials reported Wednesday that there have been 264 positive test results for COVID-19 across their system, with 30 deaths.
The health care system also has had 800 negative test results. Of those who have tested positive, 167 are at home and 34 are patients at Archbold Memorial Hospital.
There are 157 patients waiting at home on test results.
From its Pinetree Boulevard screening site, Archbold has had 94 positive test results. There have been 409 negative test results from the Pinetree screening site. Another 85 people from the screening site are waiting on test results, and they will be notified by their primary care provider.
No patient at Brooks County Hospital or at Mitchell County hospital has a positive test result. There are five patients at Grady General who have tested positive.
No resident at either Glenn-Mor Nursing Home or Mitchell County Convalescent has tested positive. There have been 28 residents at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home to test positive.
